Есть такая проблема при подаче. Попросили человеку помочь.
Спрашивает Were you in the UK before 31 December 2020
Отвечаю, что да.
Спрашивает, Were you in the UK on 31 december 2020
Ответ - нет.
Спрашивает When were you last in the UK before 31 December 2020
Ответ - 20.12.2020
Спрашивает How long have you spent outside the UK since 20 December 2020
И на выбор
Less than 6 months
6 to 12 months
Over 12 months
Если выбрать 6 to 12 months они спрашивают How many times have you left the UK since 20.12.2020
Там два варианта
Once и More than once
Ответ - once
И тогда выдает окно с предложением податься как члену семьи гражданина Eu
Apply as the family member of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen
You can apply based on your current relationship to a family member who was in the UK on or before 31 December 2020.
Your family member must be either:
an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen
a person of Northern Ireland
the spouse or civil partner of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen, or a person of Northern Ireland
If your family member is your spouse or partner, your relationship must have begun on or before 31 December 2020.
It can be easier and quicker if your family member applied to the EU Settlement Scheme before you, where they are eligible to do so.
What you will need
You will need proof of your relationship to your family member – for example, a marriage or birth certificate.
If you apply after them, you will also need evidence of their identity, nationality and UK residence.
In some cases, we will also ask you for other evidence - for example, evidence that shows that you are dependent on them.

Retained right of residence
You may be able to apply as a 'family member who has retained the right of residence' if for example:
your family member has died and you lived in the UK for at least 1 year before their death
your marriage or civil partnership to an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen ended in divorce or dissolution and you meet other criteria
you are the child of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen (or their current or former spouse or partner) who died or left the UK, you were in education when they died or left the UK and you are still in education
you are the parent with custody of a child who has a ‘retained right of residence’ because they are in education in the UK
Family member of a frontier worker
You can apply if you meet all of the following requirements:
your EU, EEA or Swiss citizen family member began working in the UK as a frontier worker on or before 31 December 2020 and continues to do so
the relationship with your family member began on or before 31 December 2020
Собственно, а что делать человеку? Он уже податься на престол не сможет? Надо было выходит до 20 июня подаваться? А как же инфа, что податься сможет каждый до 30.06?
