Тут пока катался на сноуборде, получил ответ.

During your application, you stated that you currently hold a valid permanent residence document. To be issued with such a document, you would have had to have been resident in the UK for more than five years. Therefore, you were not asked to provide evidence of your continuous residence in the UK.
Our subsequent checks have been unable to confirm that you hold a valid permanent residence document
As a result, the caseworker has requested you to send evidence of your 5 years’ continuous residence in the UK.
However, from your email we understand that you have only been resident in the UK for 1 year.
We have now made the caseworker aware of the information you have provided in your email. If you wish, you can also reply directly to the caseworker’s email sent to you on 12 December 2019, confirming the date you started to reside in the UK and whether you are happy to be considered for Pre-Settled status.

Вот думаю, писать мне этому caseworker-у или вообще забить и оформить по новой. У меня ведь и правда есть residence document ))))))

Но вообще, как я поняла, там вышел какой-то сбой, потому что пока не знаю никого, кому бы звонили с дабл чеком.
